Eligibility Criteria
- Bangladeshi passport holders with good academic standing
- Minimum GPA 3.5 out of 5.0 (or equivalent) in SSC/HSC or Bachelor
- No age limit for Master's and PhD applicants
- Basic English proficiency (No IELTS/TOEFL strictly mandatory for Russian-medium programs)

- Passport copy (valid for at least 18 months)
- SSC & HSC Transcripts and Certificates (Attested)
- Medical Fitness Certificate including HIV Test
- Passport size photo with white background
- Statement of Purpose / Motivation Letter
- Recommendation Letters (for Master's & PhD)
